Registration Forms for Current High School Students

For students attending another school wanting:

• Another course not available at their current school
• An online option for a course
• To finish a course quickly
• To take up to a year to finish a course
• To start a course at anytime during the school year
• To retake a course and work towards a higher mark

A Cross Enrolled Learning Plan is required and must be signed by the home-school counsellor or administrator.  A parent signature is required for students under the age of 16.

*Please note that some courses require a compulsory orientation session. Students are expected to attend the orientation to meet their teacher and receive guidelines for completion.*

*School aged students who are currently registered in a course at their usual school are not able to register for that same course in a DL school until after June 30, 2020. If you want to register for an online course that is different from the courses you are currently enrolled in at your home school, please click the registration link and fill in the online registration form.*
